Why “binomsc”, what does that mean?

The long story is available on my personal website.

The short version: this is my “unique user name”. A name I am using for more than 10 years whenever someone is requesting a “user name”, “login name”, “nickname” or similar. It is a combination of “Bino”, the name of the main character of an old TV-show for children, and my initials “msc”. And as it looks, I am still the only one using that strange name.

So, whenever you come across “binomsc”, it’s most likely that’s me, Martin Scholz from Berlin.
